Dom Lipa - Retirement home

The construction of a home for senior citizens in Štore started in May 2007. The retirement home – DOM LIPA will have 40 single-bed and 44 double-bed rooms, four of them with a balcony, and four suits for two persons, thus providing home for 136 residents. The building is designed as a »facility without obstacles«, friendly to disabled persons on wheelchairs. The equipment will be of high-quality and adapted to the intended purpose. The home will be organized in the spirit of the so-called homes of the fourth generation, where the residents are joined into families, what has been proved as advantageous for the residents in such homes abroad.

As a company engaged in various business activities, NIVO d.d. provides several possibilities for variegation of programmes, conducted at the home. A visit to the Bio Park NIVO or the services of the recreational-tourist centre NIVOJČEK may contribute a lot to the welfare of the residents and a long-term success of the home.
